City Of Hope Pediatric Picnic

 

 

 

Every year Scott Shaw and gang organizes a group of volunteer artists to draw for the kids and their families at the City Of Hope Pediatric Picnic.  It takes place at Griffith Park.  Here's some pic's from last years event and this years!  The kids are great and it's SO much fun.  They are young cancer patients.  Thanks to our cell phones for quick references, as you can see you get request from Elvis and Johnny Depp and from The Seven Dwarfs to Iron Man and everything in-between! :)  I encourage any artist interested in the LA and surrounding areas to come join the fun every year, and it's for a great cause!  Thanks Scott and the City of Hope for the opportunity...  and, thanks Jim Mitchell, also one of the artists that went last year for the pics while drawing!
