Proposed cover for Silver Comics. Check out the Chameleonman™ origin story, including pin-ups by George Peréz, Steve Rude and Alex Toth!

Chameleon Man is Ruben's creation, and he came to be with help from his family and friends. I'm fortunate enough to be one of those friends. We made his story an homage to the Silver Age of comics, and added other homages with names, artistic styles and characterizations. When we did the first episodes to help Juan Ortiz launch Silver Comics, Ruben had just embarked on his new career path. Since that time his workload has been busy, busy so CMan is kind of on the back burner for a little while. I say this because people ask me where is Chameleon Man a lot. So he'll be back, actually his temporary absence is a success story for Ruben. So keep the faith, fans. Chameleon Man will appear again. Sometime, somewhere. Keep your eyes peeled, he's closer than you think.

I'll wait as long as it takes for the Cman adventures. I'll also be first in line to buy the comic when it's released. Great idea for a character and superior execution of the concept.

Chameleonman still has a home at Silver Comics, with a warm bed and milk waiting, whenever he's ready to return.
