Dastan, The Prince of Persia Bust!
Next in line for Enesco's Grand Jester Studios bust collection, Dastan from the Prince of Persia movie based on the popular video game. You'll see here the various concept drawings and pics of the sculpt. Thanks to Brandon Parsinski for the dagger, sword, chest emblem, buckles, all superbly sculpted digitally with intricate detail. And Paint Master, again masterfully painted by Kat Sapene.

Thank you Nederlands! :)
Fantastic! Just pre-ordered this last night. I have all of the Grand Jester busts so far! My only concern is that the paint will come out sloppy on this. I have a Scrooge and Jessica whose paint details came out pretty badly. But I love your work and will keep on collecting these!
Thanks, thats great! and... thanks for the paint note. Enjoy the collection. :) R.
Thank you sir! By the way, is there any chance you could drop some hints on other busts you have planned for the near future? I'm hoping to see a bust in line with 2009's Christmas Carol at some point.
I second Sig!- Will there be any new busts coming out that match existing busts? I find they look so much better with a counterpart! I also have all of these busts and would love to see some more female characters be added to the collection.
Females would be most welcome! An Evil Queen or Belle perhaps. As soon as you release them, I'll pick them up! :)
Wow, amazing as always! How do you plan for the digitally sculpted pieces to be incorporated? It's such wizardry to me.
Hello there, thanks all for the feedback. Sorry, can't give hints... but I can say that there's a Mad Hatter coming from the latest Alice in Wonderland movie!
Hi Michael, as for the digital work, I find combining both traditional and digital works well . I usually have have the digital part done first and the add to the sculpt as I go along... hope things are going well at school!

Mad Hatter! What a great choice! I wouldn't have guessed him, but seeing as how we have Dastan, it makes sense! Great work, and thanks much!
I can't wait :)
Lots of thanks for all your art guys, and thank you Ruben for signing a couple of pieces when you came to Castle China in UK.
Greetings from Italy!
