Illustrative Picture Making!




Taking an Illustrative Picture Making class in gouache with the amazing painting team of Glen Orbik and Laurel Blechman!  Done with lots of help/guidance from both.  Thumbnails are studies from famous painters like Loomis, Von Schmidt, Pyle.  I even managed to get a Lone Ranger in there! ;)  Highly recommend their class at 3 Kicks Studios in Pasadena!  They're terrific!  Thanks to fellow classmate, the highly talented Joe Rubinstein for taking pic of me painting!

Hey Joe! Thanks, good to hear from you... yep,been wanting to take this class for a while now so took the leap this last round. Glen and Laurel are amazing, each class is chock full of fun, knowledge and great guidance. Highly recommend it to all. BTW, will you be at Emerald City Con in Seattle next year, I'm going! :)
