amazing work Ruben, I wish I can get an autographed copy! ;)
oh my goodness! Ruben has a blog!
So much great work (as always). Thanks for showing it here in one place.
It's been a long time...I hope all is well with you.

Allright !! Looking forward to this release. Your Chicago fanclub will be buying a few .
So glad you are keeping your feet in the comics world, Ruben! I gotta say, while you are strong in all areas of draftsmanship, the area, I think, you truly excel is in page/panel layout. The Doc Savage examples below are an endless wealth of "how to show a scene", lead the eye, illustrate drama, etc. Just amazing!
I'll just "ditto" everything Tom said. These are great , Ruben ! I love The Phantom. You look like you're having so much fun in comics will you ever be tempted to go back to Disney Animation when the hand-drawn features get going again ? Still hoping to get to work together on an animated film again sometime ... (that goes for Mr. Bancroft , too .... gosh, I miss those days . Can you believe it's been like 10 years since we were in the thick of working on "Mulan" , '95 - '97 ? )
ditto to the extreme!!
These are amazing panels, Ruben. Love the Doc Savage thumbnails too. Fantastic work.
Wow this cool...
Im really looking forward to this release and thanks for giving us a cool look into it.
On many Phantom forums we have all been eagerly awaiting this. I myself have posted a preview on my blog
Hello! Thank you all for the very flattering comments... these were fun to do.
It was an honor to work on Ruben's art. :-)
I hope to do so again sometime soon!
