CAPS Fundraising Auction for the Hairy Cell Leukemia Foundaton and the 30th Anniversary of Dave Stevens The Rocketeer!

The Comics Art Professional Society (CAPS) is holding a fundraising auction in May (final dates to come) for the Hairy Cell Leukemia Foundation and to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the debut of Dave Stevens The Rocketeer.  50% of the proceeds will go to the Hairy Cell Leukemia Foundation to help combat the disease that claimed Dave Stevens life.  They've asked the members to donate a piece of original art - Rocketeer themed or otherwise - to the auction, this piece will be part of the auction.  The remainder of the proceeds will go to fund CAPS activities, primarily the annual banquet to honor a distinguished veteran of the comic art community.  If you have a piece you'd like to donate please contact CAPS here.
